What is Thermage® CPT?
Thermage® CPT is the only non-invasive skin tightening technique that offers a convenient and pain-free antidote to aging. Since we use no lasers, injections or surgical procedures, visible results can be achieved in a single treatment with little to no recovery or downtime.

Am I an Ideal Candidate?
Depletion of collagen leads to sagging skin. This is usually apparent around the eyes, face, neck, arms, thighs, stomach region, and buttocks. If you have an implantable pacemaker, an Automatic Implantable Cardioverter/Defibrillator (AICD), or any other implantable electrical device, as these devices may be adversely affected by radiofrequency (RF) field or current, this treatment is not suitable for you. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, this treatment is not suitable for you.
How Does Thermage® CPT Work?
The Thermage® CPT procedure stimulates your body’s natural renewal of collagen (the protein that is responsible for your skin’s strength and elasticity) and helps to create new collagen cells. Rather than relying on laser treatments or invasive surgery, Thermage® CPT uses radiofrequency (RF) technology. During the Thermage® CPT procedure, we gently brush a handheld ThermaTip device over your trouble area to transmit radio wave energy to the deepest layers of your skin. This energy stimulates collagen growth while your surface skin is cooled and tightened.

Aftercare
There is no downtime or recovery time involved with Thermage® CPT. You may resume your normal activities after your treatment like going to work or even playing sports. Some patients have reported swelling and bruising, but these complications are fairly uncommon. Though you may see initial tightening, it takes 4 to 6 months to see the full effects.
