Dr. Hazini

Dr. Sherry Hazini completed her Family and Community Medicine Residency at the University of New Mexico in 2011. She is board certified and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Greater Albuquerque Medical Association, and the American Association of Aesthetic Medicine. Dr. Hazini is dedicated to helping all patients achieve the most natural and radiant appearance and is committed to providing the highest level of service.

Kristy has been a part of AlluraDerm MD Med Spa since its opening in 2007. She attended the Aveda Institute of New Mexico and earned her Esthetician’s license in 2000. A native of Albuquerque, her professional training has taken her to cities such as San Diego and Minneapolis, and she’s eager to share her knowledge in her hometown. Kristy specializes in both traditional spa services, as well as leading-edge medical treatments. She is certified in laser hair reduction, CoolSculpting, Thermage, dermaplaning, and more. “It’s such a blessing to help people feel better about themselves. When you look good, you feel great,” she says.

Lori

Medical Laser Technician

Lori has been with AlluraDerm MD Med Spa since its opening in 2007. She has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the skin care of our Albuquerque patients, and she administers many of our laser treatments. Lori specializes in resurfacing lasers, photo facials, laser hair reduction, and CoolSculpting®. She also provides many other services, including microdermabrasion, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and acne treatments. Lori completed her aesthetic training with MedSurge Advances in 2006 and has more than 20 years of experience when it comes to patient care. Lori is very passionate about her work, and she takes pride in helping her clients achieve their aesthetic goals. Prior to working at AlluraDerm MD Med Spa, she earned her degree in business administration with an emphasis in economics from Eastern New Mexico University and worked in the dental field for more than 15 years.

Esthetician

Dori is a native New Mexican. She relocated to California for a decade, where she stayed active within the fashion industry as a designer and merchandiser. Upon returning to her home state, Dori’s passion for customer service gave her the opportunity to manage a salon and spa for 5 years. It was there that she found her love for aesthetics, eventually completing an aesthetic education at the Aveda Institute. Dori has been a part of the AlluraDerm MD Med Spa family since 2010 and has more than 6 years of experience as an Esthetician. Dori is certified to administer state-of-the-art procedures such as Fraxel®, CoolSculpting®, Thermage®, chemical peels, and relaxing spa treatments. She is committed to serving her patients through continuous skincare education, customer excellence, and creating beautiful, healthy-looking results.

Kimberly

Esthetician

Kimberly has been a licensed esthetician specializing in medical aesthetic treatments since 2010. She has worked in a Dermatologist practice for almost 10 years performing skin and body treatments such as chemical peels, dermaplaning, Thermage® skin tightening and CoolSculpting® fat reduction before joining the elite team at AlluraDerm. She is certified in numerous procedures including CoolSculpting®, Fraxel®, Thermage®, Clear + Brilliant®, Fotona, GentleMax Pro®. Her love for skincare came long before her career as an esthetician and continues to this day. “I wouldn’t trade this job for anything else in the world” she states “One of my main goals is for a person to feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. It is important to me to listen and help my client through that intimate process.”

Nikki

Nurse Practitioner

Nikki graduated from the University of New Mexico in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in nursing. She worked as an RN at UNM for 13 years focusing on obstetrics and women’s health. Nikki went back to school at Simmons University and graduated in 2021 with a master’s degree. She obtained her Family Nurse Practitioner license from the American Nurses Credentialing Center and has been practicing as an NP in a walk-in clinic for the past two years. Nikki began her aesthetic journey with the Aesthetic Medical Educators starting in 2022. Since then, she has had the opportunity to work alongside Dr. Mancha, the founder of AlluraDerm, who has over 17 years of experience. Nikki always knew this was the path she wanted to take because aesthetics had been her goal. She is excited to have the opportunity to enhance people’s natural beauty and give them confidence using aesthetics. Nikki lives in Corrales and gets to come home to her wonderful husband and adorable son. Her two fur babies, Winston the Rottweiler, and Sampson the French Bulldog, also hold a special place in her heart. On her days off, she loves to try new foods and do any outdoor activities!

Hello, my name is Jacqueline Benavidez. I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. I received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of New Mexico. I practiced as a BSN prepared nurse for 12 years at the University of New Mexico Hospital, specializing in areas such as Medical Subacute Care and Labor and Delivery. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons University in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, I specialized in otolaryngology (Ear, Nose and Throat) for 2 years. Given my past experiences, I gained a deeper respect for natural anatomy and developed a clearer understanding of the aging process. My passion for aesthetics led me to AlluraDerm. A career that combines all things beauty with something that I love to do. I believe self-care is the most important element in boosting self-confidence. My goal is to create a natural, refreshed, head-turning glow version of you. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter and our 2 dogs. I love to travel, be outdoors, eat good food, and spend summers on the lake. I am personable, detail oriented and dedicated to helping others look and feel their very best.
